Ordering & Delivery

  • How do I place an order?

Placing an order on Hamperpick is easy! Simply browse our website, select the perfect hamper for your needs, and add it to your cart. Once you're finished shopping, proceed to checkout and enter your delivery information. We accept UPI, all major credit cards and debit cards.

  • Do you offer same-day delivery?

At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery. However, we do offer expedited shipping options for faster delivery times. You can find more information about our shipping options at checkout.

  • Can I include a personalized message with my gift hamper?

Yes, you can add a personalized message during the checkout process. We will include it on a beautifully designed card with your gift hamper.

  • Where do you deliver?

We deliver our gift hampers throughout India. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the chosen shipping method.

  • Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on our courier partner's website.

Products & Customization

  • What kind of gift hampers do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of gift hampers to suit any occasion. From birthday and anniversary hampers to get well and congratulations hampers, we have something for everyone. We also offer seasonal hampers for holidays like Diwali and Christmas.

  • Can I customize a gift hamper?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer custom gift hampers. However, we offer a wide variety of pre-made hampers to choose from, and we are constantly adding new products to our collection.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, all major credit cards and debit cards.

  • What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hamperpick purchase. However, due to the perishable nature of some of the products, we do not accept returns on gift hampers. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
